Refurbishments are carried out to the client’s specification, and tailored to each individual property.
M&W Property Management Ltd, North East, employs a skilled work force to meet the requirements of each property refurbishment. Subject to financial circumstances, M&W Property Management Ltd’s Contracts Manager will produce a specific schedule of work and a written quotation provided (where required).
Once having been agreed, M&W Property Management Ltd will move in the refurbishment team and works will be carried out swiftly and overseen by our Operations Director and Contracts Manager.
